Inspection on delivery
Inspect consignments on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery documentation before signing.
Reporting
Report damage or shortfall in writing, with photographs, within the period stated in your order confirmation.
Natural variation
Differences in colour, veining and texture between pieces, and between delivered material and samples, are characteristic of natural stone and are not treated as damage.
